Prenatal Circle
Join us in this nurturing space as we slow down, connect, and honor the journey into motherhood. Our prenatal circle weaves together ceremony, community and heartfelt conversations.

Ceremony
Through ceremony, we honor pregnancy as a sacred and transformative threshold. Each gathering is woven with simple, meaningful rituals that invite presence, intention, and reverence for this season of becoming. These moments create space to slow down, connect inward, and mark the beauty of your journey into motherhood.

Community
Rooted in community, this circle offers a space to be seen, supported, and connected with others walking a similar path. Together, we share stories, laughter, questions, and the real moments of pregnancy in an environment of warmth and non-judgment. You are not meant to do this alone. Here, you are witnessed, held, and reminded that you belong.

Nourishment
Grounded in nourishment, each circle offers opportunities to replenish both body and spirit. We share herbal infusions and simple, wholesome foods that support your well being while creating moments of pause and receiving. This is a space to soften, be cared for, and remember that as you nourish your baby, you too deserve deep nourishment
No events at the moment
In the company of other mothers, something softens. You remember your strength, your intuition, and the deep wisdom already within you.

Closing Ceremony

Each circle is a gentle, welcoming space where you can slow down and be exactly as you are. We begin by settling in with herbal tea, making collective mandalas and open the circle with ceremony. We then move into rituals like flower crown making, guided reflection, and open sharing with other expecting mothers. There’s time for meaningful conversation, quiet moments of connection, and a shared nourishment practice with wholesome food. You can expect a balance of structure and flow. Nothing is forced, just a supportive container where you can connect, reflect, and feel held in this season of pregnancy.
This circle is a supportive, community based space for connection, reflection, and shared experience. While meaningful emotions and stories may naturally arise, this is not a therapy group or a substitute for professional mental health care.
