Prenatal Circle

A nurturing, intentional space to slow down, soften, and truly connect with yourself, baby and community. Our prenatal circle is a place to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a rhythm of care, community, and ceremony. Together, we gather in a cozy, welcoming environment to create flower crowns, sip on nourishing herbal infusions, and drop into heartfelt conversations with other expecting mothers/parents walking a similar path.

Each circle is gently guided to support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually through pregnancy. You’ll be invited to share, listen, reflect, and be witnessed without pressure, judgment, or expectation. Through simple rituals, grounding practices, and connection, we honor this sacred threshold of becoming.
