After filling out an in depth intake form, I'll put together a customized steaming protocol designed just for you. We'll meet on a virtual call to go over the protocol. Topics we might discuss can be; how to steam at home, when during your cycle to steam, how long to steam for, what herbs to steam with, drainage pathway practices and more. This live call is scheduled for 1 hour. We hold so much in our womb spaces.
